Jessica was offered to be the host at a New Years Eve party in Las Vegas at the Pure nightclub but turned down the gig and went to New York City with John Mayer to celebrate the New Year. Joe was so mad that Jessica partied for FREE. Now according to the New York Daily News Joe is pissed that the Kennedy Center won't reimburse him for $15,000 in hair, makeup, clothing and stylist fees that was spent for Jessica to do Dolly Parton's 9-5 reunion that was cut from airing on CBS broadcast last week of the Kennedy Center Honors. Joe said she was cut from the show and shouldn't have to pay for a dress that doesn't fit.
