The just turned 27-year-old Jessica Simpson who appeared on Harper's Bazaar magazine August cover had a little confession to tell the magazine about younger sister Ashlee Simpson.

Jessica told the magazine, "Ashlee goes to a thrift store and can buy something for 20 bucks while I have to go buy a black button-down at Barneys. For $900. Because it's a collector's item."

Obviously Jessica is the big spender in the family who ex-boyfriend John Mayer claimed is addicted to shopping and spends as much as $100,000 a month.

Last March, Jessica spent more than that, $300,000 to be exact, when she bought her dad, Joe Simpson a Ferrari he dreamed of buying but couldn't justify spending that kind of money for the car. But Jessica could and bought it for Joe as a gift.

Jessica who had her Blonde Ambition movie delayed is currently in Louisiana filming Major Movie Star.
