She so isn't fat. The weight she is now is perfectly normal and healthy. There are plenty of celebrities who aren't skin and bones and still look fantastic, Jessica being one of them. I personally prefer Jessica's look to her sister's super-skinny bod. The media really needs to find better stories to cover.

As for the subject at hand, the hourglass figure has never gone out of style and I commend Jessica for straying from Hollywood's image of the perfect body especially since the image was forged by the gay fashion designers. If you want a chick with no chest and no butt then you should be looking at men and not women as a partner. As far as the outfit is concerned..I think it emphasis' the wrong areas and her fashion coordinator should be shot. Bit other then that she is the very image of what a Model and Star should look like to keep our young from thinking they need to be skin and bones to be attractive.

It is so sad and pitiful that so many people feel it necessary and acceptable to judge and criticize Jessica Simpson's weight or anyone else's weight for that matter. I am 5'6.5" and way 143.5, size 6, many people say I have gained a lot of weight, I am in the correct weight range for someone my age and weight, when I weighed 135lbs, I was under weight, yet everyone thought I looked great. I was always tired and always sick. And somehow, that was more attractive to people. It is just wrong. I think she looks great! I am just disgusted and what we have become as a society, judgmental and critical of peoples weight,and looks, who are we to say anything....
if u are a diva singer and a movie star and a sex symbol then get used to the critisism because if u gain or loose 5 lbs everyone will kno it and soon u will be on the front cover of every tabloid being called fat and a heffer that should stop eating and run for 6 hours a day. people of hollywood have become role models for many people and images of what other people will soon follow. if u cant take the heat then u should have taken a different career path.

All of you morons can go f*** yourselves as if any of you have the perfect body.
you no whats funny, people make fun of those who are fat, and then they wonder why a child becomes anorexic or bulemic, you might not think about it but everything that is said especially if a child who is even just a little over weight hears it, they will beleive that they are fat and ugly when really they are not. all of this negativity leads to harming the children of tomorrow, they need to know that its ok to be fat and its not good to be too skinny. by jessica gaining weight she has allowed for children who are a little over weight to stop harming themselves and start being kids. by her loving how she looks she has set a good exapmle for self confidence in the children of tomorrow, and with that comes strenght. so i say thank you to jessica, for she has helped bring strength to those children who thought they had none. stay beautiful jessica and stay proud!

In any case, I don't think people should freak out over Jessica and her weight. Though I would over her wardrobe. She's gained some weight since this article, and her clothing is not cleverly chosen. I think with a little fashion makeover, she can look good even with her extra weight.

Wizard is absolutely disgraceful to young people. Jessica looks happy and healthy, that's what counts. She looks like a perfect size and shape....she looked fabulous as Daisy Duke, don't get me wrong, but, sometimes it's nice to be comfortable and relax and like the skin you are in!!!!
