John Mayer Proposed To Jessica Simpson in Australia?

There's been a lot of talk about a race to the altar between Jessica Simpson and John Mayer and Jessica's ex husband Nick Lachey and his girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo, but that race may be over soon according to Star Magazine. Jessica Simpson susposedly shocked her family and friends by taking off with John Mayer on a hush-hush pre-honeymoon to Australia while he toured there for 12 days. While at the beach walking hand in hand John took her into his arms and John Mayer proposed to Jessica Simpson according to Star Magazine.

Before the couple left for Australia Jessica told John that "he didn't have to take her if he thought she'd get in the way." But John is so crazy about the Blonde Ambition star and told her that "he already had plenty of downtime built into his concert schedule so they could see the sights." Jessica also had to back to Los Angeles early because of prior engagements. The moment John Mayer proposed was very special for the happy couple. Jessica told a close friend that, "she and John were strolling on the beach, and he spun her around, took her in his arms and told her, ‘You know I could get used to this.’"

Jessica couldn't believe her ears and said to John, "if this is a marriage proposal, you can do better than that!" Jessica told the friend John turned red! John's representative has denied that John Mayer proposed to Jessica Simpson, but a friend told Star, Jessica and John were calling the Australian trip their "working honeymoon." “I think the trip to Australia sealed the deal for them, I really see them getting married." said another source. Jessica Simpson has confessed, “I’ve not really felt happiness at this level before." All John Mayer has to do now is come up with a better marriage proposal!

Last month Jessica and John were in Rome having loud sex at the luxurious Hotel de Russie according to reports and uh, some complaints by the guests in the next room who couldn't get any sleep.

Jessica Simpson has given Victoria Beckham advise about her husband David Beckham after recent allegations he cheated on her with former personal assistant Rebecca Loos and model Sarah Marbeck. The Newlyweds star who was famous for remaining a virgin until her marriage to Nick Lachey has offered her compassion to the former Spice Girl. There was also allegations that while Jessica was married to Nick Lachey he cheated on her with porn star Jessica Jaymes.

"I feel sorry for her. I couldn't take any sort of betrayal, but I hope they sort things out. I think she needs to stick to him like glue," Simpson said. Jessica Simpson also believes Victoria Beckham may have made a mistake marrying a sports player. Jessica explained, "I was always told never to marry an athlete because they're in different cities every night and are so obsessed with their bodies."
