Proactiv Solution owned by Guthy-Renker Corporation has re-signed Jessica Simpson for another year and the singer/actress will be featured in new infomercials for the company airing close to Christmas.

The new one year deal will pay The Dukes of Hazzard beauty three million dollars to be a spokesperson for the product.

The New York Post confirmed with Jessica's business manager, David Levin, he said: "She did re-sign for another year. She has a great relationship with them." Other Celebrity spokespeople for Proactiv informercials have included: Vanessa Williams, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Kelly Clarkson, Elle Macpherson, Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan and many more.

Jessica Simpson who has been spotted in NYC many times during her career has been spotted there again last week and this time she was condo shopping. While Jessica loves NYC, hey who doesn't? That isn't the sole reason Jessica is moving to NYC.

Jessica is moving there to be close to her record label to begin recording her upcoming country album which Willie Nelson will be writing most of the songs for. While in Manhattan Jessica Simpson was seen shopping for condos in the $2 million to $12 million range.

Jessica confirmed to PEOPLE magazine she was condo shopping in NYC. Jessica said: "I'm looking at places because my record label is in New York and I want to be close to that when I'm singing again."

In this scene that is better suited for Britney Spears or Lindsay Lohan, Jessica appears drunk and falling down with makeup smeared on her face. Perhaps Jessica Simpson did take acting lessons from the real life Hollywood drunks that wouldn't need to act for the part.
